The Cad Cam Dental Milling Machine 5 axis is capable of milling materials such as zirconia, wax, PMMA and PEEK, and its high-quality spindle and servo motors ensure excellent stability and efficiency. The machine has a spindle speed of 6000 RPM and a 360° rotating A-axis. It is equipped with a tool magazine that can accommodate 8 to 14 tools, which can automatically manage and install tools. The Zotion 5 axis is rated at approximately 650W, which enables fast milling speeds, and the maximum operating speed of the XYZ axis is 6000 mm/min, and the maximum operating speed of the Z axis is 4000 mm/min. High-precision multifunctional fixtures and remote control improve usability, while the machine helps save milling material, allowing 30% more dentures to be produced per zirconia block.
