Dental CAD CAM Machine,which is a dry and high precision milling machine for dental lab and milling center. It can mill zirconia,wax,pmma,peek. Dental CAD CAM Machine uses high quality spindle and servo motor,which ensures the stability of the milling machine.It is capable of milling materials with a maximum diameter of 98 mm or 98.5 mm and a maximum thickness of 80 mm. The Z-axis speed of the XYZ axis can reach 4000 mm/min, the maximum speed of the XY axis is 6000 mm/min, and the rotation speed of the spindle ranges from 6000 to 60,000 RPM. The A-axis can achieve a full rotation of 360°, and the angle range of the B-axis is +25° to -115°, providing a wide range of milling angles. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool change system and uses a 4 mm diameter and 56 mm length milling cutter. It is controlled through NC code and has USB 2.0 connection and 100M network access for easy data transfer. The machine supports 220V ±10%, 50/60Hz power supply and is very quiet during operation - less than 45 dBA when in standby mode and less than 70 dBA when milling, with noise levels varying depending on the material being milled. The machine should be installed indoors, with an ambient temperature between 5-40°C and an altitude of no more than 2000 meters. The dimensions of the machine are 470 mm (W) x 560 mm (D) x 650 mm (H) and it weighs 90 kg.
