Specified Transmittance: 41%-55% (depending on product model, high-transmittance and ultra-transmittance versions). Matches the translucency of natural teeth, preventing the restoration from appearing dull.

Shade Coverage: Offers VITA classic 16 shades (e.g., A1-A4, B1-B4, etc.) to meet the matching needs of different patients' teeth colors, reducing the pressure on customers to stock a variety of products.

Biocompatibility: Eliminates clinical safety concerns. Nickel-free and beryllium-free, avoiding the risk of metal allergies, suitable for sensitive patients.

2. Production and Quality Control:

Raw Material Traceability: Ensuring Consistency from the Source

Raw Material Supplier: High-purity zirconia powder from Tosoh (Japan), ensuring stable raw material quality.

Raw Material Purity: ZrO₂ content ≥99.5%. Low impurity content avoids spots and bubbles after firing, ensuring uniform appearance and performance of each batch.

Production Process and Capacity:

Core Process: Cold isostatic pressing (more uniform density and reduced internal porosity compared to ordinary dry pressing) + high-temperature debinding sintering (sintering temperature precisely controlled at 1500℃±5℃ to ensure stable crystal structure).

Quality Control Standards: Full-Process Inspection to Reduce Defect Rate

List of Inspection Steps: Each batch of products must pass dimensional accuracy inspection (error ≤0.02mm, ensuring compatibility with CAD/CAM equipment), appearance screening (manual + machine dual inspection, no cracks or missing corners), and random sampling strength testing (10 pieces are sampled from every 1000 pieces for bending strength testing; those failing are reworked).

Quality control pass rate: Factory pass rate ≥ 99.8%
