Ceramic Zirconia Block

 

HT type owns 41% translucency and flexural strength over 1200MPa. ST type reaches 43% translucency with flexural strength above 900MPa. Plain white version needs manual shade tinting after milling.

HTC and STC pre-colored variants cover mainstream Vita shade range. HTC fits A1, A2, A3 shades. STC supports A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B1, B2, B3, B4. Both keep identical translucency and strength data corresponding to base white blocks.

STM gradient block carries 49% to 43% translucency gradient, flexural strength varies from 800MPa to 1100MPa, supplied in C1, C2, C3, C4. ATM block has 55% to 46% translucency gradient, flexural strength ranges 600MPa to 900MPa, available in D2, D3, D4.

TSTM and TATM adopt Tosoh raw powder. TSTM features 43% to 49% translucency gradient and 800MPa to 1100MPa strength, matched with B1, BL2, BL3, BL4 shades. TATM holds 46% to 55% translucency gradient and 600MPa to 900MPa strength.

All blocks fit common dental milling and sintering devices. Stable shrinkage rate maintains precise fitting effect after high temperature sintering.
