Products Description

Dental Zirconia Blanks are high-performance materials used in CAD/CAM systems to produce long-lasting aesthetic dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, embedded. Dental Zirconia Blanks are made of advanced zirconia (Zro2) and have special strength, biocompatibility and natural appearance characteristics. The material is stabilized with Yttrium oxide (Y2O3), which enhances the toughness and wear resistance of fracture, and is suitable for continuous dental solutions.
The core of the zircon is composed of high-density zirconium powder, which has been carefully processed to ensure consistent quality throughout the material. Improved accuracy during milling, ensuring that the restoration is very accurate and customized, suitable for each patient's unique dental anatomy. The fine-grained structure of zirconia powder helps to achieve better transparency and a more natural aesthetic appearance, which is especially important for the pre-restoration.

Dental Zirconia Blanks manufacturing process:
1. Raw material selection:
Choose high-purity zirconia (ZRO2), which is the core material for tooth zircon. Zirconia powder is carefully sourced from senior suppliers to ensure uniformity and consistency. The material is combined with Yttrium oxide (Y2O3) as a stabilizer to prevent phase change during sintering and enhance the strength and toughness of the material.
2. Powder preparation and mixing:
Once raw materials are purchased, they undergo a thorough milling and mixing process. Zirconia powder is mixed with a stabilizer (Yttrium oxide) and any other additives to achieve the desired characteristics such as density, fluidity and homogeneity.
3. Suppress and shape:
The zirconium powder mixture is then subjected to cold compression or uniaxial pressure. In this step, the powder is compressed into cylindrical or cylindrical molds under high pressure. This shaping step creates the initial form of Dental Zirconia Blanks. The pressing process determines the density and strength of Dental Zirconia Blanks, ensures its solidity and prepares for the next step.
4. Dry and pre-insert:
After pressing, the zirconia blank of shape is dried in a controlled environment to remove excess moisture. This prevents cracking in the next stage. The blank is then pre-inserted at a lower temperature, about 800-900°C. The organic adhesive is removed by the pre-soft socket and the blank is further prepared for high temperature sintering.
5. Sintering (high temperature shooting):
The most critical step in the manufacturing of zirconia blanks is sintering, between 1400°C and 1600°C. During this process, zirconia particles fuse together and Dental Zirconia Blanks are dense. Sintering improves the mechanical properties of the material, such as fracture toughness, ensuring that the material retains the desired translucency for aesthetic purposes.
6. Cooling and finishing:
After sintering, the blank is cooled slowly to prevent thermal shock or rupture. Carefully control the cooling process to maintain material integrity. Once cooled, the blank is done by polishing or grinding to the desired size.
