A2 Dental Zirconia Block is a high-performance zirconia ceramic block for dental restoration.
A2 color matching: Precisely matches the A2 shade in the Vita Classic color system, and simulates the color transition of natural dentin and enamel through a multi-layer gradient structure, avoiding the cumbersome traditional dyeing process and directly presenting the natural tooth color effect.
High light transmittance and strength balance: The light transmittance reaches 40-50% (depending on the product type), and the bending strength is ≥1200 MPa, taking into account the dual needs of anterior tooth aesthetics and posterior tooth high bite force.
2. Material and process innovation
Nano-grade zirconia powder: Using medical-grade high-purity zirconia (ZrO₂≥99.9%), the cold isostatic pressing technology (CIP) is used to achieve internal density and defect-free materials, ensuring fatigue resistance and long-term stability.
3. Clinical and laboratory advantages
Aesthetic restoration: Suitable for anterior veneers, ultra-thin crowns and single crown restorations. The A2 color scale is highly consistent with the natural tooth color. Combined with the high light transmittance layer, it can imitate the enamel gloss and reduce the color difference between the restoration and the adjacent teeth.
