The Dental consumable flexible denture zirconia blank block is manufactured from high-purity zirconium oxide (ZrO₂ ≥ 99.5%), processed through precise proportioning, uniform mixing, isostatic pressing, and high-temperature pre-sintering.
The material combines mechanical strength, controlled flexibility in the pre-sintered state, and excellent biocompatibility, making it suitable for complex digital dental restorations.
After final sintering, the material achieves stable mechanical and optical performance for clinical use.
