Workflow
(1) Data acquisition and processing
Data acquisition: Obtain the three-dimensional data of the patient's teeth through an intraoral scanner or a model scanner to generate a digital model.

Data processing: Import the scanned data into the CAD software to generate a three-dimensional design model of the restoration (such as crowns, bridges, implants, etc.).

(2) CAD design
In the CAD software, design an accurate three-dimensional model of the restoration based on the anatomical structure and occlusal relationship of the patient's teeth.

After the design is completed, the model data is exported in STL or other formats and is ready to enter the CAM stage.

(3) CAM programming
Import the CAD design data into the CAM software to generate the processing path (G code).

CAM software optimizes cutting parameters (such as cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth, etc.) according to material properties, tool type and processing requirements.

(4) CNC machining
Five-axis linkage: The five motion axes of the machine tool (X, Y, Z linear axes and A, C rotary axes) work together to enable the tool to approach the workpiece from multiple angles and achieve complex shape processing.

Material cutting: The spindle drives the tool to rotate at high speed, cutting the zirconia block or other materials according to the preset processing path, gradually forming the shape of the restoration.

Real-time monitoring: The CNC system monitors the processing process in real time to ensure accuracy and stability.

(5) Post-processing
