Zirconia Dental Milling Machine

 

The Zirconia Dental Milling Machine is used in dental laboratories and milling centers. It is capable of milling materials such as zirconia, wax, PMMA and PEEK, and has a high-quality spindle and servo motor for stable performance.

 

 

 

 

 

1. Tool Magazine Selection: 8-14
The machine is equipped with a tool magazine that can hold 8 to 14 tools. The milling machine can automatically switch tools during the milling process depending on the material or operation required. For example, it can switch tools between roughing, finishing or polishing without human intervention. The machine can also automatically hide the tool magazine when not in use, preventing it from collecting powder or debris, ensuring that the tools remain clean and work properly for a long time.
Advantages: The automatic tool switching function improves efficiency and automation, reduces the need for manual tool changes, and minimizes interruptions in the milling process. Hiding the tool magazine when not in use keeps it clean, ensuring that dust or residue does not contaminate the tools, thereby improving the accuracy of subsequent milling operations.

2. No Calibration Required
Self-calibration, almost no manual calibration is required. After startup, the system automatically checks and adjusts its settings, ensuring that everything is properly aligned and ready to go. This is achieved through advanced sensors and software that automatically compensate for any slight deviations in alignment or tool wear.
Advantages: No manual calibration is required, which saves a lot of setup time. The machine can be put into production faster and there is less possibility of human error.
3. A-axis = ±360°, B-axis = +25° to -115° (wide rotation range)
The A-axis allows a full 360° rotation, while the B-axis can tilt between +25° and -115°. This wide range of motion provides flexibility for milling at different angles. The machine can mill complex geometries such as crowns, bridges, and other dental restorations by precisely positioning the material in multiple directions without manual repositioning.
4. Remote Control Capability
The machine can be operated remotely via a remote control interface. The operator monitors, adjusts, and controls the milling process from a distance, whether from another room or remotely through a networked system.
Remote control improves convenience and flexibility, and the operator can supervise the operation of the machine while multitasking or performing other tasks.
5. Unique 100° Blank Holder (30% Material Savings)
The 100° Blank Holder is a unique design that positions the zirconia material at a specific angle during milling. Holding the material at the optimal angle, the machine ensures that less material is wasted during the milling process.
The optimized holder design minimizes waste, making the milling process more economical and reducing the need for excess material orders.
