CAD CAM Dental Milling Machine uses high quality spindle and servo motor,which ensures the stability of the milling machine. The machine is capable of processing milling materials with a diameter of 98 mm or 98.5 mm and a maximum thickness of 80 mm. The maximum speed of the Z axis of the XYZ axis is 4000 mm/min, the maximum speed of the XY axis is 6000 mm/min, and the spindle speed can be adjusted from 6000 to 60,000 RPM. The A axis can rotate 360°, and the angle of the B axis can be adjusted from +25° to -115°, providing users with a variety of milling angles. The device supports an automatic tool change system, and the diameter of the milling tool is 4 mm and the length is 56 mm. It is controlled by NC code and supports USB 2.0 connection and 100M network access for efficient data transmission. The machine runs on 220V ±10%, 50/60Hz power and is very quiet - less than 45 dBA in standby mode and typically less than 70 dBA during milling, depending on the material. Installation conditions require an indoor environment with an operating temperature range of 5-40°C and an altitude of no more than 2000 meters.
