Cad Cam Dental Wax blank 98*20mm wax disc is made of high-purity raw materials with excellent heat resistance and stability. Prevents thermal deformation, distortion or cracking during use. The wax block has a hardness of 50-60 Shore A, a softening point of 105°C and a drop melting point of 140°C. Its density (0.89-0.95) and low ash content (0.032%) make it a shrinkage rate (7%). It is compatible with dental laboratories, suitable for making positive molds of oral tissues, and can be used for carving wax for crowns and bridges. Unlike traditional metal-ceramic techniques that require manual waxing - often time-consuming and prone to errors - this wax block is easy to apply, adheres tightly to the mold stone, and has excellent workability for smooth contours. Its high melting point allows it to be layered with other waxes without deformation.
