Denture Material zirconia disc Dental Zirconia Block is based on high-purity raw materials and strict processes to create a dental restoration material with excellent mechanical properties and excellent aesthetic performance. The specific manifestations are as follows:
1. Precision control of raw materials
High-purity nano-zirconia powder: Nano-grade zirconia powder with a purity of 99.9% is used to ensure that the chemical properties of the material itself are stable and free of impurities, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.
Stabilizer addition: 6% yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃) is added in a precise proportion to maintain the zirconia in the tetragonal phase (Y-TZP), improve the bending strength and fracture toughness of the material, and meet the long-term force requirements.
2. Unique sintering process
Pre-sintering stage:
Temperature control: Slowly increase the temperature to about 600℃ to ensure the complete removal of organic matter and prevent cracks caused by internal stress caused by volatile products.
Heating rate: Heating at a rate of 5℃/h to 20℃/h to ensure uniform volatilization of organic matter and avoid internal stress and cracks caused by excessive heating.
Heat preservation time: After reaching 600℃, keep enough time (the specific time depends on the material and equipment) to ensure that the organic matter is completely removed, within the range of 0 to 24 hours, adjusted according to specific needs.
Full sintering stage:
Temperature control: Raise the temperature to about 1500℃, which is the optimal temperature range for sintering zirconia materials, which helps to obtain high strength and good microstructure.
3. Specific manifestation of product characteristics
High mechanical properties: The precise powder ratio and sintering process make the material have extremely high bending strength and fatigue resistance, and can withstand the high stress caused by long-term chewing and biting in the mouth.
Biocompatibility and safety: Dental zirconia blocks have no metal ion release, meet international biocompatibility standards, reduce the risk of allergies, and are suitable for all types of patients.
Aesthetic performance: Strictly control the grain size and sintering density, the product achieves high light transmittance and natural color, and reproduces the delicate light feeling and gradient color of enamel.
