Cad Cam Dental Zirconia Block for Denture Teeth is a high-performance all-ceramic material. The product is made of high-purity zirconium oxide powder, yttrium stabilized (Y-TZP) and prepared by advanced sintering process. It has excellent bending strength and wear resistance, and is not easy to break or wear in long-term use. The material in the pre-sintered state is easy to be processed with high precision by CAD/CAM system, ensuring the consistency of size.
In the manufacturing process, the product first forms a uniform and dense green body through isostatic pressing technology, and then degreasing, drying, pre-burning and high-temperature sintering are carried out. Each link is carried out under strict control, which effectively prevents the generation of pores and structural defects. The sintered material is precisely polished, which not only achieves the ideal transparency and natural gradient aesthetic effect, but also optically simulates the natural tooth body, providing a realistic appearance for the final restoration.
