Dental CAD CAM Casting Wax Disks are used to make positive molds of temporary crowns, bridges and oral tissues. With a hardness of 50-60 Shore A, a softening point of 105°C and a drop melting point of 140°C, they provide reliable performance. With a density range of 0.89 to 0.95, very low ash content (0.032%) and a shrinkage of 7%, they provide excellent elasticity and accuracy. They simplify the traditional metal-ceramic tooth process by reducing the need for manual waxing, saving time and effort. The wax block has good adhesion to the mold stone and is easy to process, ensuring smooth contours.
