Multilayer gradient design: ATM Multilayer zirconia disc A2 Zirconia Block adopts 7 layers of color gradient, showing a natural transition from the incisal edge to the neck, with rich color levels, and realistically reproduces the color distribution of natural teeth.
High transparency: The transparency of ATM Multilayer zirconia disc A2 Zirconia Block gradually decreases from 55% at the incisal edge to 46% at the neck, simulating the optical properties of natural teeth and ensuring that the restoration presents a natural and beautiful effect in the mouth.
Strength gradient: The strength of ATM Multilayer zirconia disc A2 Zirconia Block increases from 600 MPa to 900 MPa. The high strength of the base part ensures the durability of the long bridge restoration, and the lower strength of the incisal part protects the opposing teeth and reduces wear.
Scope of application:

Early in the 2009,ZOTION was established. In other words, ZOTION has a history of more than 15 years. In the early times, ZOTION only produce the industrial zirconia. We use the zirconia for the fabrication of the optical communication sleeves. But several years later, we found that zirconia can be used as the dental restoration materials. The physical properties of zirconia are fantastic and the dentures made by the zirconia blocks are so beautiful that we even can't distinguish the teeth from the dentures. So we put more efforts in the research and the fabrication of the zirconia and ZOTION is the first Chinese company which start produce dental milling machine got all of the certifications includes CE,ISO13485,CFDA. Finally ZOTION was certificated as the State high-tech enterprise.
