The 98mm Dental Zirconia Block is a premium restorative material designed for CAD/CAM digital dentistry, suitable for single crowns, multi-unit bridges, inlays, onlays, and veneers. Featuring a standardized 98mm diameter with a full range of 10–25mm thickness options, the block incorporates a universal edge-notch design that ensures precise compatibility with major 5-axis milling machines such as Sirona and Dentsply. Positioning accuracy reaches ≤0.01 mm, enabling stable performance across diverse clinical workflows.
Manufactured from high-purity zirconia powder and stabilized with yttria, the material delivers a flexural strength of 600–1350 MPa, providing long-term resistance to chewing forces with an expected service life of over 10 years. With a translucency of 41%–55%, it reproduces the optical properties of natural enamel for lifelike aesthetics.
The product is certified by CE and ISO, ensuring excellent biocompatibility with no cytotoxicity or sensitization risks.
