CAD CAM milling wax blanks have a mirror-smooth, uniform surface. The wax flakes have a drop point of 120°C and can be extracted during the milling process without melting. Made of temperature-stable micro-wax, the material burns completely, leaves no residue, and is fully compatible with investment casting materials. The wax has a hardness of 45-55 Shore D, a softening point of 105°C and a drop melting point of 140°C. Its density ranges from 0.89 to 0.95 and the ash content is only 0.03%. The material is elastic. Blank diameters are available in 98 mm, 71 mm, 95 mm, and thickness options are between 10 mm and 25 mm.
