Start at room temperature and gradually heat to 300°C, maintaining a heating rate of 7.5°C per minute for 40 minutes.
From 300°C, increase the temperature to 800°C at a rate of 5°C per minute, with the process lasting 100 minutes.
From 800°C, increase to 1300°C at a rate of 2.5°C per minute, taking 200 minutes.
Raise the temperature from 1300°C to 1530°C at a rate of 5°C per minute, which takes 46 minutes.
Hold the temperature at 1530°C for 120 minutes.
Finally, allow the material to cool naturally from 1530°C to room temperature, with a cooling rate of -121°C, keeping the furnace door closed until the temperature reaches room temperature.
Tips: The maximum speed is recommended to be less than 20°C/min. Keep the furnace door closed until the temperature drops to room temperature for natural cooling.
