98mm High Strength White dental Zirconia Disc is a high-performance material for dental restoration, widely used in the production of crowns, bridges and other restorations. The diameter of the disc is 98 mm, and the thickness can be selected according to needs. Common thicknesses are 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm and 25mm.
Main features:
High strength: The zirconia disc has excellent bending strength, 600mpa-1350 MPa or above 1350mpa, and the restoration is long-term stable and durable in the mouth.
Good aesthetics: The light transmittance is about 41%-55% or above 55%, which can effectively simulate the color and transparency of natural teeth and meet the high requirements for aesthetics.
Biocompatibility: Made of biologically inert materials, it is not easy to cause allergies or rejection reactions, ensuring the oral health of patients.
Excellent processing performance: It is suitable for a variety of CAD/CAM milling systems, has good processing performance, and can accurately produce complex restoration shapes.
Scope of application:
