The 3D Multilayer Dental Zirconia Disc is a high-performance pre-sintered ceramic block designed for CAD/CAM dental systems. It is widely used to fabricate aesthetic and durable all-ceramic restorations, including anterior and posterior crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant abutments.
Featuring an advanced 3D multilayer structure, 49% translucency, and open-system compatibility, this zirconia disc achieves an excellent balance between natural aesthetics, mechanical strength, and easy machinability.
The disc utilizes advanced 3D multilayer gradient technology that replicates the natural transition from dentin to enamel. With translucency reaching 49%, it produces highly lifelike restorations that closely resemble natural teeth, solving the problem of overly opaque or unnatural-looking zirconia restorations.
The open-system design ensures compatibility with most mainstream CAD/CAM dental milling machines on the market, allowing users to freely choose their preferred milling equipment.
