Scan and Design: Please scan with highly precise scanner to get accurate data of the restoration model and then design according to the conditions of patients and the requirements of doctors.

Milling: When making dental restoration with zotion zirconia block, please work with new burs and avoid using cooling liquid.

Cleaning: Polish. the connector liahtly _with handpiece, and separate the restoration

from zirconia block.' Then cleaned restoration should be kept from water, perspiration, oil contamination, dust and the powder fali from mlling drills.

Dyeing: Fully immerse the entire crown or bridge into the coloring liquid for 1 min. Use plastic forceps to remove it and naturally dry out until there is no visual liquid on the surface. It is suggested to use infrared drying. Place the crown under the infrared light with a distance of 80-100mm for 30-50min. (Please refer to zotion Dyeing Instruction for detail)Sintering: The dried restoration must be placed upside down on zirconium bead incrucible, and then crystallize it with sintering fumace (The sintering process is attached.)

Polishing: For full contour, use Zotion polishing tool specially made for zirconia to adjust the occlusion and shape of the restoration. After coarsely finishing, proceed to external dyeing and glazing, For coping, after adjusting the shape, finely polish the whole restoration before porcelain.

Porcelain and Staining: When applying porcelain, the abutment tooth should be designed to anatomic form to meet the requirement of even porcelain distribution. Make joint layer according to the requirement of porcelain manufacturer. When designing basal structure, avoid bite edge to exert direct force on the teeth edge.
