Dental Ceramic Zirconia Blocks is a high-performance ceramic material commonly used in modern dental restorations. This product mainly uses high-purity zirconium oxide (ZrO₂) as the base material, and adds an appropriate amount of yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃) as a stabilizer to ensure that its unique tetragonal crystal structure is maintained during high-temperature sintering, achieving excellent mechanical properties and high flexural strength.
Main Features
High strength and durability: Using high-purity zirconium oxide raw materials and stabilizer ratios, after high-temperature sintering, it can achieve a flexural strength of more than 600–1350MPa, ensuring stability in long-term clinical use.
Multi-layer color design: Through multi-layer structure technology, different levels of color and light transmittance can simulate the gradient effect of natural teeth to meet aesthetic needs.
Digital processing adaptability: Perfectly combined with CAD/CAM system, with high processing accuracy, it can be used to make crowns, bridges, full-mouth restorations and other types of dental restorations.
