Dental Material White Wax Disc Blank Crown Bridge is a high-precision dental material used by dental laboratories to create crown and bridge models using CAD/CAM milling systems. Its white appearance provides excellent contrast on dental models, making margin lines and occlusal surfaces more visible during restoration planning.

Made of high-purity synthetic wax, this wax disc can be used to create temporary restorations, casting frameworks and diagnostic wax-ups. It is compatible with open system milling machines such as Roland, VHF, Imes-Icore, Zirkonzahn, Amann Girrbach, etc.

 

Product features

 

(1). Excellent processability, no adhesion to milling tools, and convenient for manual milling, the thinnest teeth crown could reach 0.3mm.

(2). Processed through special technique, totally eliminate the inner stress, the deformation during machining is decreased substantially .

(3). High melting point, neither being melted due to high temperature during milling , nor making inconvenience to machining due to high melting point.

(4). Excellent anti-static property, easy for processing and cleaning.
