Open system zirconia disc Dental Milling material Zirconia Block is compatible with multi-brand CAD/CAM system design, breaking the limitations of traditional closed materials and supporting users to freely choose equipment (such as Roland, Wieland, VHF, Amann Girrbach, Zirkonzahn, open system, etc.).
Wide adaptability: standardized size (such as diameter 98mm, thickness 10-25mm) and pre-sintering process optimization, the material is seamlessly connected with mainstream 5-axis CNC machine tools, supports dry cutting mode, and reduces equipment adaptation costs.
2. Material properties and technological innovation
Open system zirconia disc Dental Milling material Zirconia Block adopts cold isostatic pressing technology (CIP). Through multi-directional uniform pressure of nano-scale zirconia powder, the internal structure of the material is dense and defect-free, the bending strength is above 1350 MPa, and the fracture toughness is better than the traditional hot pressing process.
The color gradient (Vita 16 color system + bleaching color) simulates the transition between natural dentin and enamel, with high light transmittance (transmittance 41-55%) and high-strength layer superposition.
