Our casting wax discs fit mainstream open CAD/CAM milling units. Available blank outer sizes cover 98mm and 95mm,71mmdiameter; common stock thickness runs 10mm,12mm,14mm,20mm,25mm, customized thickness acceptable on bulk orders.
Physical index stays consistent per batch: density 0.91~0.93g/cm³, Shore D hardness 50~54, softening point 106°C to 110°C, complete burnout ash content below 0.01%. Low ash leaves no residual impurity inside casting cavity after high-temperature burnout.
Raw wax formulation delivers stable milling performance. No chipping, crack or sticky burr occurs during high-speed dry cutting. Contour of milled wax pattern keeps true to design dimension, no shrinkage or deformation after room temperature placement.
Main application targets wax pattern fabrication for single crown, multi-unit bridge and substructure framework. Finished wax patterns go straight for subsequent investment casting process. Products come in regular blue, white, green three standard colors, each disc sealed with individual moisture-proof vacuum bag to avoid ambient temperature induced deformation during storage and transit.
