Dental Wax Block Lab Material Open CAD/CAM Wax Disc Blank is widely used in making wax models of crowns, bridges and other restorations. Compared with traditional manual carving, the use of wax discs in conjunction with CAD/CAM systems can significantly improve work efficiency and ensure the accuracy of restorations.

Hardness: Shore hardness value is between 50-60, providing moderate rigidity and flexibility.
Softening point: Vicat softening temperature is about 105°C, suitable for processing within this temperature range.
Melting temperature: about 140°C, the material is completely melted at this temperature, suitable for injection molding and other processing technologies.
Density: 0.89-0.95 g/cm³, lower than the density of glass, ensuring the lightweight characteristics of the material.
Ash content: extremely low, only 0.032%, high purity of the material and excellent optical properties.
Shrinkage: about 7%.
