3.1 Mechanical Properties
Vickers Hardness: 35 HV, comparable to natural enamel, providing sufficient wear resistance during the temporary restoration period.
Flexural Strength: 100 MPa, demonstrating excellent bending resistance. In lab tests, samples withstood three-point bending loads up to 100 N without failure.
3.2 Physical Properties
Melting Point: 240–270°C, ensuring no deformation during milling with high-speed rotary tools and compatibility with sterilization methods like autoclaving.
Density: 1.19 g/cm³, balancing strength and weight for patient comfort, especially in long-span bridges.
Water Absorption: <0.15%, minimizing swelling or warping in the moist oral environment, thereby maintaining dimensional stability over time.
3.3 Biocompatibility
Tested and certified according to ISO 10993, our PMMA disc exhibits excellent biocompatibility. Clinical trials involving over 100 patients showed no gingival irritation, inflammation, or adverse tissue reactions.

4.1 Machinability
CAD/CAM Compatibility: Compatible with most CAD/CAM systems, including Roland DWX 30/40/50, VHF, Wieland, imes-icore, Yenadent, Zirkonzahn, Amann Girrbach, Dentium, and major Chinese milling machines.
Easy Milling: Exhibits excellent processability with no adhesion to milling tools, allowing smooth, fast milling. Enables fabrication of ultra-thin crowns with thickness as low as 0.3 mm, achieving highly detailed, anatomically accurate restorations.
