PMMA disc dental

 

Zotion PMMA is used on milling technique to manufacture cemented or screwed crowns, bridges, casting patterns – milled by CAM Systems from different manufacturers.

 

1. Attach the block on the machine following the equipment

manufacturer's instructions.

2. When milling multilayered PMMA, the color variation at the element may vary due to the drill tool positioning.

3. After milling, remove the disc or block from the equipment and remove the sprue.

4. According to the type of requirement of the manufactured work, for finishing, use mills, sanders and rubbers. If gloss is needed, use mechanical polishing with polishing tools.

 

Important Notes:

> Avoid heat and light during storage

> Single use only

> Avoid overheating during milling and polishing

> Medical device for intended use only

> Residual dust during milling operation may cause irritation

> UV light sterilization only – do not use autoclave

 

Limits:

> Multilayer and shaded: Max. 2 fixed sprues plus a suspended sprue

> Minimum thickness: 1mm occlusion and 0.6mm cervical

> Minimum connection diameters: Anterior: 3.6mm; Posterior: 4.4mm

> The provisional can be fixed with all cements for temporary fixation. Eugenol temporary cements may decrease the effect liveness of cementation
