3. Physical performance advantages:

Appropriate density: The density is between 1.18 - 1.20 g/cm³. The moderate density does not cause excessive burden on CAD/CAM equipment during processing. At the same time, it can make the produced restoration have a suitable sense of weight in the mouth, which will not bring obvious foreign body sensation to patients and improve the comfort of wearing.
Good optical performance: It has high transparency and refractive index, and its light transmittance can reach about 80% - 90%, which makes the produced restoration closer to natural teeth in appearance. When light passes through, it can show natural luster and color, enhance the beauty of the restoration, and help to achieve better aesthetic restoration effect.
IV. Processing performance:
Precision processing guarantee: During the milling process, the material shows excellent machinability, and there will be no problems such as adhesion of tools, edge collapse, and block drop. It can achieve fine processing with a minimum processing accuracy of ±0.02mm.
Adaptability to manual processing: In addition to being suitable for CAD/CAM processing, the PMMA block also has good manual processing performance for some situations that require manual adjustment or fine modification. For example, it can be polished and carved using conventional dental carving tools. The material has a uniform texture, making it comfortable to touch during manual operation, and can easily achieve the shapes and details that the technician wants to shape, further improving the production effect of the restoration.
