It has a tooth-like color and bright surface for CAD/CAM milling and polishing, and is available in transparent shades and A1, A2, A3 color options. The disc has excellent wear resistance and bonds firmly to PMMA denture materials. It is manufactured under high temperature and pressure conditions, has stable color performance and advanced UV resistance, does not undergo significant color changes under UV exposure, and does not whiten, deform and crack after boiling. Key specifications include surface hardness of at least 21HV0.2, hardness of 75-85 Shore A, melting point of 240-270°C, density of 1.19, good toughness, ash content of 0.032%, and shrinkage of 0.5%.
