Zotion dental PMMA blocks are made from highly cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and can be used for temporary restorations including crowns and bridges. The blocks are available in single-layer, multi-layer and flexible resin options and are compatible with leading CAD/CAM systems such as Wieland, VHF, Roland, Imes-Icore, Zirkonzahn and Amann Girrbach. Diameters are available in 98 mm, 95 mm and AG71 mm and in a variety of colours including A0, A1, B1, Vita 16, Pink and Clear. Used for denture restorations, temporary crowns and sculpted trays as an alternative to dental wax, these PMMA blocks offer numerous benefits. They have excellent biocompatibility, natural tooth colour, superior wear resistance and are manufactured under a high temperature and pressure process to ensure durability. The multi-layer variants offer excellent machinability, stress-free processing to reduce deformation, a high melting point to ensure stability during milling, and anti-static properties for a smooth and efficient workflow. With a hardness of 75-85, a melting point of 240-270°C, a density of 1.19, excellent toughness, good processability, an ash content of 0.029% and a shrinkage of 0.5%, these PMMA blocks ensure precision, durability and efficiency in dental restorative procedures.

Our dental PMMA blocks are standard CAD/CAM milling blanks, widely for temporary crowns, temporary bridges. Compatible with all mainstream dental milling systems, the blocks deliver stable physical parameters for consistent lab batch production.
The material features fixed density at 1.19g/cm³, hardness ranging from 75 to 85 Shore D, and low shrinkage rate of 0.5%. Ash content stays at 0.029%, with melting point between 240°C and 270°C. Stable physical data keeps uniform milling performance across different batches, avoiding uneven size deviation after processing.
The blank machines smoothly during high-speed milling. No edge chipping, peeling or rough burrs occur during cutting. Technicians spend less time on trimming and polishing, supporting fast turnaround for temporary restoration orders. The finished surface presents high gloss and smooth texture. Natural light transmittance matches real tooth visual performance, delivering clean aesthetic effects for anterior and posterior temporary restorations.
The material carries excellent biocompatibility for short-term intraoral use. No oral irritation, gum darkening or allergic reactions occur after placement. Moderate toughness and occlusal flexibility reduce foreign body feeling, bringing comfortable wearing experience for patients.
Available disc diameter covers standard 98mm and 98.5mm sizes. Thickness options range from 10mm to 25mm. Multiple color grades include single-layer shade, multi-layer gradient shade, pink gingival tone and transparent tone.
