Denture PMMA disc
Denture PMMA Discs Single layer PMMA blanks, compatible with leading CAD/CAM milling systems including Wieland, VHF, Roland, Imes-Icore, Zirkonzahn, Amann Girrbach and other open systems. The discs are available in diameter options of 98mm, 95mm and AG71mm, in a variety of colors including Vita 16, Pink and Clear. For use in denture prostheses, temporary crowns in clinical restorative procedures. Manufactured using a high temperature and high pressure method, this PMMA disc has excellent biocompatibility, wear resistance and perfect tooth color. It has excellent machinability and toughness, a hardness of 75-85 Shore A, a melting point between 240-270°C, a density of 1.19 and a shrinkage as low as 0.5%.
