Our factory-produced HT white zirconia disc belongs to 3Y-TZP yttrium stabilized zirconia raw material. All blanks adopt high-purity zirconia powder with total oxide content of ZrO₂+HfO₂+Y₂O₃ above 99%, yttrium oxide proportion controlled between 4.5%~6.0%, impurity aluminium oxide kept below 0.5% to cut intraoral irritation risk after long-term wearing.

Biaxial flexural strength after full sintering: 1200–1300MPa, Vickers hardness HV10 hits 1200HV and above, fracture toughness ranges 3.5~5.0MPa·m¹ᐟ², stands frequent heavy occlusal bite from bruxism patients
1mm thickness sample light transmittance sits at 40%~41%, balances aesthetic penetration and masking capacity for dark residual tooth stump, post-core abutment and titanium implant base
Pre-sinter density 3.1±0.5g/cm³, finished sinter density stabilizes at 6.08±0.01g/cm³, linear sinter shrinkage locked in 19%~22%, technicians input fixed shrinkage coefficient into CAM software without repeated size debugging
