- Product Introduction
Products Description

CAD CAM Ceramic 3D Multilayer Zirconia Block is a dental restoration material designed for digital milling systems. The multilayer structure combines natural color transition, high translucency, and strong mechanical performance, making it suitable for anterior and posterior restorations.
Product Features
3D Multilayer Color Transition
The zirconia block features a multilayer gradient structure with smooth color transition from the cervical area to the incisal edge.
The restoration shows:
Natural shade variation
More realistic tooth appearance
Better esthetic integration with adjacent teeth
Suitable for:
Anterior crowns
Veneers
Full-contour restorations
Esthetic bridge restorations
High Translucency
The material provides good light transmission similar to natural enamel.
This helps improve:
Natural visual appearance
Depth and layering effect
Overall esthetic performance
The translucency level supports both cosmetic and functional restorations.
High Mechanical Strength
The zirconia block combines esthetics with stable structural strength.
Suitable for:
Single crowns
Multi-unit bridges
Posterior restorations
Implant-supported restorations
The material maintains reliable performance during long-term oral use.
Stable CAD/CAM Milling Performance
The block is suitable for precise digital processing and supports smooth milling with stable cutting performance.
Compatible with:
Open CAD/CAM systems
5-axis dental milling machines
Dry milling workflows
Applications
Full crowns Partial crowns Bridges Veneers Implant restorations Anterior esthetic restorations
Posterior restorations
Advantages
Natural multilayer color gradient
High translucency and esthetic appearance
Strong flexural performance
Stable milling quality
Suitable for both anterior and posterior cases
Compatible with mainstream CAD/CAM systems

Raw materials:
Zirconium oxide (ZrO₂): The main component is zirconium oxide, which has high strength and biocompatibility.
Yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃): As a stabilizer, it enhances the toughness and stability of the material.
Other oxides: Trace elements such as aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) improve the mechanical properties and anti-aging properties of the material.

Production Process of CAD CAM 3D Multilayer Zirconia Block:
Powder Preparation
High-purity zirconia powder is mixed with stabilizers and other additives through a precise blending process. The material is evenly distributed to maintain stable density, translucency, and strength throughout the zirconia block.
Forming Process
The mixed powder is shaped through isostatic pressing or dry pressing technology to form a pre-sintered zirconia blank with a stable internal structure.
This process helps maintain:
Uniform density
Stable shrinkage ratio
Consistent milling performance
Pre-Sintering
The formed zirconia blank undergoes low-temperature pre-sintering to obtain suitable hardness for CAD/CAM milling.
The pre-sintered state allows:
Easier cutting
Reduced tool wear
Faster milling efficiency
Multilayer Coloring Technology
The zirconia block uses multilayer gradient coloring technology. Different color layers are infiltrated gradually from the cervical area to the incisal area to simulate the natural shade transition of real teeth.
This multilayer structure provides:
Natural color gradient
Improved esthetic appearance
Better translucency transition
Suitable for highly esthetic restorations such as anterior crowns and veneers.
High-Temperature Sintering
After coloring, the zirconia block is sintered at high temperature to achieve final density and mechanical strength.
The sintering process improves:
Flexural strength
Wear resistance
Structural stability
Long-term durability
