Multilayer Preshaded Dental Zirconia Material Zirconium Block For Dental Lab is an advanced dental restoration material used to make crowns, bridges and other restorations. Its main features include:
1.Multi-layer gradient color design: The material has up to 6 layers of color in one block, which gradually transitions from the neck to the incisal edge, simulating the color changes of natural teeth and providing a more realistic aesthetic effect.
2.High strength and high transparency: The strength of the material gradually increases from 600MPa at the incisal edge to 900MPa at the neck, while the transparency decreases from 57% at the incisal edge to 43% at the neck, ensuring that the restoration is both strong and durable and has good light transmittance.
3.Pre-coloring characteristics: During the production process, the material has been pre-colored, and no manual coloring is required later, which simplifies the processing process, reduces human errors, and ensures color consistency and accuracy.
4.Good biocompatibility: There is no obvious toxic reaction to oral tissue, ensuring the oral health of patients
