Dental Zirconia Ceramic Block Implant For Dental Laboratory is a high-performance ceramic material based on zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂) with excellent physical, chemical and biological properties.
Purity and stability: Dental Zirconia Ceramic Block Implant For Dental Laboratory uses nano-scale zirconium oxide powder with a purity of ≥99.9%, and forms a dense structure through a high-temperature pre-sintering process. The material is free of impurities and has stable chemical properties.
Yttrium-stabilized tetragonal zirconia (Y-TZP): By adding 3-5% yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃) as a stabilizer, zirconia maintains a tetragonal phase at room temperature, giving the material ultra-high flexural strength (≥1350 MPa) and fracture toughness, preventing the restoration from cracking under occlusal force.
Multi-layer color design: The raw materials are processed by special technology to make multi-layer gradient colors (such as A1-D4 color scale), imitating the transition between natural dentin and enamel, and enhancing the natural beauty of the restoration.

1. Mechanical strength and durability
The Y-TZP zirconia structure delivers a compressive strength of around 1400 MPa, significantly higher than glass ceramics (about 300–400 MPa). It is suitable for posterior crowns, bridges, and implant-supported restorations.
A phase transformation toughening mechanism helps absorb stress during chewing. After long-term use, the material maintains shape stability with a low risk of fracture or deformation.
2. Biocompatibility
Zirconia contains no metal components and does not release ions in the oral environment. It shows no allergic reactions and meets ISO 13356 and FDA biocompatibility requirements, making it suitable for long-term oral use.
3. Aesthetic performance
Controlled grain structure and density allow light transmittance close to natural enamel. Different translucency levels can be achieved through material formulation.
The material also supports staining and layering techniques, allowing color adjustment based on individual patient needs.
4. Processing efficiency
Delivered in a pre-sintered state with hardness around HV 300, the blocks are easy to mill using CAD/CAM systems, including 5-axis machines. This reduces machining time in dental labs.
