HT dental Zirconia Blank 20mm For Dental Unit

 

Zotion HT White Dental Zirconia Disc is made of 3Y-TZP-A yttria-stabilized zirconia, designed for open CAD/CAM systems. The material is supplied in a pre-sintered state and processed under controlled industrial pressing to ensure uniform density and stable shrinkage behavior during final sintering.

Composition: 3 mol% Yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystal (3Y-TZP-A)
Density (pre-sintered): ~3.1–3.3 g/cm³
Final flexural strength after sintering: >1200 MPa
Fracture toughness: high resistance to crack propagation for posterior load-bearing restorations

Processing Performance

Compatible shrinkage factor: stable and predictable (uniform batch control deviation ≤0.5%)
Edge stability: supports thin margin preparation (down to ~0.3 mm without chipping in green state)
Green-state strength: optimized to reduce breakage during milling and handling

Thermal & Structural Stability

Low hydrothermal aging sensitivity due to controlled grain structure
Sintering shrinkage: approximately 20–25% (depending on system calibration)
Uniform internal microstructure reduces internal stress and deformation after sintering

Clinical Application
Suitable for single crowns, multi-unit bridges, posterior restorations, and implant-supported frameworks where high strength and stability are required.
