Zotion Zirconia offers a comprehensive range of zirconia blocks, these blocks include:
White zirconia blocks: Available in HT (High Translucency, >1200 MPa, 41%) and ST (Standard Translucency, >900 MPa, 43%). This type of zirconia is ideal for restorations that require high strength, especially posterior crowns and bridges.
Pre-coloured zirconia blocks: Available in STC (Standard Translucency, >900 MPa, 43%) and HTC (High Translucency, >1200 MPa, 41%), this type combines the strength of white zirconia with a pre-coloured layer, saving colouring time and achieving a more natural aesthetic for both anterior and posterior applications. Pre-coloured designs provide realistic results, reducing the need for additional staining or porcelain layers.
3D Multilayer Zirconia Blocks: Blocks are divided into two categories:
STM (Standard Translucent Multilayer, 800 MPa to 1100 MPa, 43%-49%): Suitable for restorations that require a balance of translucency and strength, such as crowns and bridges in the anterior and posterior areas.
ATM (Anterior Translucent Multilayer, 600 MPa to 900 MPa, 46%-55%):
3D Multilayer Pre-colored Zirconia Blocks: Blocks combine TSTM (Standard Translucent Multilayer Pre-colored, 800 MPa to 1100 MPa, 43%-49%) and TATM (Anterior Translucent Multilayer Pre-colored, 600 MPa to 900 MPa, 46%-55%) to provide a pre-colored layer that enhances the aesthetics of anterior restorations while providing the strength and durability required for posterior applications.
