HT Zirconia Block dental zirconia disc is used to make dental restorations with high durability, stability and biocompatibility. It is mainly used for all-ceramic crowns, bridges, single-tooth restorations, etc.
Strength:
Flexural strength: greater than 1200MPa, with very high wear resistance and compression resistance.
Transparency:
High transparency 41%, suitable for making beautiful anterior tooth restorations.
Wear rate:
Low wear rate can effectively reduce friction with the opposing teeth and extend the service life of the restoration.
Thermal expansion coefficient:
The thermal expansion coefficient is close to the natural tissue of the tooth, avoiding caries caused by temperature changes.
Biocompatibility:
High biocompatibility, not easy to cause allergic reactions or other discomfort.
High temperature resistance:
Superior high temperature resistance, HT Zirconia Block is stable during sintering and will not deform.
