CAD CAM Open System zirconia disc Dental Lab Ceramic Zirconia Block is made of biological powder and modern CIP molding technology, which is a high-quality product. The powder used in the production has been tested and verified by the Beijing University Testing Center, and the radioactivity level is less than 0.02Bq/g-1, making the block safe to use and harmless to the human body. We offer three types of zirconia blocks: open system, Zirkonzahn system and Amann Girrbach system, with sizes ranging from 10mm to 25mm. There are many options for zirconia blocks, including white zirconia (code: ht, st), single-layer pre-colored zirconia (code: htc, stc) and 3D multi-layer pre-colored zirconia (code: stm, atm, tstm, tatm), all made of Tosoh zirconia powder. These blocks are available in different translucencies: white zirconia (ht: 41%, st: 43%), single-layer pre-colored zirconia (htc: 41%, stc: 43%), and 3D multi-layer zirconia (stm: top-bottom ≥49%-≥43%, atm: top-bottom ≥55%-≥46%). They have excellent flexural strength, ranging from >1200 MPa for white and single-layer pre-colored zirconia to ≥800 MPa-≥1100 MPa (stm) and ≥600 MPa-≥900 MPa (atm) for 3D multi-layer types. These zirconia blocks are available in a variety of colors, including pure white and natural tooth colors, such as A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B1-B4, C1-C4, D2-D4, and BL1-BL4, with high biocompatibility, strength comparable to metal, and natural and aesthetic appearance.
