The machine adopts custom exclusive workpiece holder structure. Compared with ordinary clamps, it reduces edge clamping margin of the blank. 98mm standard disc can arrange more crown and bridge units in one processing round. Material waste decreases obviously in daily batch production, bringing 30% higher material utilization than ordinary dental milling machines.

The system supports breakpoint resume function. It automatically records real-time machining coordinates and cutting progress during operation. If power failure or unexpected stop happens, the machine continues cutting from the stopped position after restart. No need to reprocess the whole blank or redo clamping and positioning. It greatly cuts invalid operation time and raises overall lab productivity by 80%.

Equipped with 850W high-power air-cooled spindle and maximum 60000RPM rotating speed. The spindle outputs stable torque during high-hardness material cutting. This machine supports free switching between dry milling and wet milling modes through the control panel. Dry mode applies air cooling system, suitable for zirconia, PEEK and wax block processing. Wet mode turns on internal circulating water pipeline. Cooling water washes cutting residues in real time and lowers tool temperature during glass ceramic milling.
