Its motion system is based on a precision ball screw drive with fine-ground linear guides. Motor resolution is controlled within <1 μm, and repeat positioning accuracy reaches ±0.003 mm, supporting stable results in long-term batch production.
The 5-axis structure covers A-axis ±360° and B-axis +25° to -135°, allowing deep cavities, undercuts, and complex geometries to be processed in one setup without re-clamping.
Compact size (420 × 540 × 500 mm) and light weight (57 kg) make it suitable for small to medium labs. Natural air cooling keeps the system simple, reducing maintenance requirements and eliminating the need for additional cooling equipment. Noise stays below 70 dB during operation, keeping the working environment comfortable.
