Using water cooling for proper thermal management, the tool magazine can automatically accommodate up to 14 tools with a shank diameter of 4*56 mm. It uses NC code operation and is compatible with USB 2.0 interface and 100M network port for convenient data transmission. The machine requires AC220V ±10%, 50/60 Hz power supply and consumes 650W. It is quiet in operation, with noise levels below 45 dBA in standby mode and below 70 dBA in operation, depending on the material being milled. Spindle speed:
Titanium alloy: It is recommended to set the spindle speed in the range of 6,000 to 25,000 RPM. Titanium alloy is harder, and lower speed can reduce excessive wear and temperature accumulation of the tool and maintain cutting accuracy.
Glass ceramic/metal: You can choose a speed of 25,000 to 50,000 RPM. Higher speed helps improve cutting efficiency.
Feed speed:
Titanium alloy abutment: The feed speed is recommended to be set at 50 to 150 mm/min. Titanium alloy material is harder, and low feed speed helps reduce cutting force.
Glass ceramic/metal: The feed speed can be set at 150 to 300 mm/min.
Cutting depth:

Other materials: For softer materials (such as PMMA, resin, etc.), the cutting depth can be set to 0.1 to 0.2 mm, which is more suitable for fast and efficient processing.
