Zotion 5th Generation 5-axis Dental Milling Machine, 5 axis Dental Cad Cam Dry Milling Machine, is used for CAD/CAM processing of dental materials such as zirconia, wax, PEEK and PMMA. It has reliable performance and a wide range of processing angles. The tool magazine can accommodate up to 8 or 14 tools (additional purchase). In addition, it includes a high-precision measuring head for automatic calibration of the work origin. The large HD touch screen and intuitive operation are user-friendly.

Performance reliability:

High-precision spindle: Adopting high-frequency spindle, the speed can reach 60,000 rpm, maintaining high precision and stability during processing. ​

Precision control system: Equipped with advanced five-axis linkage control system, it realizes the synchronous coordination of each axis and can accurately process complex geometric shapes.​

Wide range of machining angles:

A-axis rotation range: With 360° rotation capability, it can machine all angles of the workpiece and meet the machining requirements of complex shapes

B-axis rotation range: The rotation angle of the B-axis can reach 25-115°. The machine tool can process parts with undercut shapes, which broadens the scope of application of machining. ​

Multifunctional machining capability: The machine tool can process a variety of materials, including zirconia, PMMA, PEEK, composite materials, etc., and is suitable for the machining of crowns, bridges, inlays, implants and other restorations. ​
