1. High-speed spindle performance
The spindle runs up to 60,000 RPM, keeping cutting stable across zirconia and other hard materials. Surface finish is consistent, with low vibration during high-speed milling.

2. 5-axis simultaneous machining
Full 5-axis linkage allows multi-angle cutting in one cycle. Undercuts, implant structures, and complex restorations can be completed without repositioning.

3. 100° blank holder (patented design)
The angled holder improves material usage during milling. Compared with standard fixtures, zirconia utilization can increase by about 30%.

4. Automatic calibration system
Built-in measuring probe checks tool position and work origin at startup. No manual calibration required before milling.

5. Real-time bus control system
The CPU communicates with all 5 axes through a bilateral connection. Data transfer is faster and more stable compared with traditional single-channel systems.

6. Hidden automatic tool magazine
The tool magazine retracts when not in use. This reduces dust exposure from zirconia and PMMA milling, helping maintain tool accuracy and extending tool life.
