It can mill zirconia,wax,pmma,peek. 5 Axis Dry dental Cnc Milling Machine For CAD CAM Zirconia Discs uses high quality spindle and servo motor,which ensures the stability of the milling machine. It can accommodate milling materials with diameters of 98mm and 98.5mm and a maximum thickness of 80mm. The XYZ axis can reach speeds of up to 4000mm/min (Z axis) and 6000mm/min (XY axis), while the spindle speed range is 6000 to 60,000 revolutions per minute. The A axis offers full rotation (+/- 360°) and the B axis has a range of 25° to 115°. The machine features an automatic milling drill mount with a drill of 4mm diameter and 56mm length. It is controlled via NC code and has USB 2.0 and 100M internet access for easy data transfer. The machine is powered by a 220V ±10%, 50/60 Hz power supply, consumes very little electricity, and has a noise level of less than 45 dBA in standby mode and less than 70 dBA during milling (depending on the material). Installation is simple and requires indoor installation at an altitude of less than 2000 meters and a temperature between 5-40°C. Things to note when milling materials with Zotion 5 Axis Dental Milling Machine:
1. Choose the right tool and cutting parameters
