The cad cam 5 axis dental milling machine for zirconia is controlled by a CNC system, which provides high efficiency, high precision and excellent grinding results. It is compatible with a variety of hard materials such as zirconium oxide and is suitable for dental laboratories, such as tooth restoration, reduction and cosmetic surgery. The machine has a rotary axis travel of ±360° on the A axis and a tool capacity of 14, supporting tools with a shank diameter of 4x56mm. It has a rated power of 650W and an impressive maximum XYZ operating speed of 4000mm/min on the Z axis and 6000mm/min on the XY axis. It also features an automatic tool magazine management system for automatic installation of milling drills, as well as high-precision multi-functional fixtures for zirconia blocks, PEEK, PMMA and wax.

Mechanical structure design: The tool magazine adopts a motor linkage mechanism. After receiving the "standby" signal, the tool magazine box body is quickly retracted into the machine body along the preset trajectory.

High-precision zero-drift design: The use of integral shaft bearings and high-resolution grating scale feedback ensures that the A and B axes can be repeatedly positioned within ±3μm at any angle within a large travel range of ±360°/+25°~–115°.
Wide processing viewing angle:
The A axis has 360° full coverage, allowing the tool to feed from any direction;
The B axis has a 140° (25°–115°) pitch range, which can deeply process complex surfaces such as bridge positions and front teeth, completely eliminating dead angles.
One installation can complete the full-scale milling of multi-faceted and special-shaped bodies, eliminating multiple clamping/calibration, and improving processing efficiency and precision stability.
3. Remote/mobile control
Real-time monitoring: Built-in Ethernet module, through the dedicated APP interface, you can view the machine tool status (spindle speed, load, processing progress, tool status, etc.) in real time.
Remote alarm and intervention: When there is a risk of tool collision or program error, the system automatically pushes an alarm notification to the mobile phone or email, and the engineer can remotely pause/adjust the program to avoid downtime and waiting.
No need to copy with a USB flash drive, you can upload NC programs and download processing reports through the local area network, which greatly simplifies the production process.
4. Unique 100° blank fixture, saving 30% of materials
Innovation in fixture geometry: The fixture has a 100° inclined surface, which raises the disc-shaped blank and fixes it eccentrically. Compared with traditional horizontal fixtures, it allows the tool to be closer to the root surface of the workpiece.
Blank utilization:
Traditional horizontal fixture: A large edge margin must be reserved, and the blank diameter is usually ≥98 mm;
100° inclined fixture: The excess material can be concentrated on a single side that does not affect the processing, the blank diameter can be reduced to ≈85 mm, and the material consumption is reduced by ≈30%.
Processing stability: After tilting the clamp, the blank is more evenly stressed and has higher rigidity, which reduces vibration and helps improve surface quality.
