Physical properties
Melting point: about 150°C. During the milling process of the dental special engraving and milling machine, it will not melt due to excessive temperature, nor will it cause inconvenience to processing and casting due to excessive melting point.
Density: about 0.93g/cm³ (tested at 25℃), which affects its shape stability and casting performance.
Hardness: about 98 Shore A, easy for machine milling and hand engraving. The crown can be as thin as 0.3mm without breaking.
Expansion rate: The expansion rate is 1.15 (70℃ size/25℃ size). The formula is optimized for thermal expansion rate, which greatly reduces expansion deformation during embedding.
Processing performance
Good milling performance: It has excellent processing performance, does not adhere to the milling cutter, and can achieve glass-smooth, anti-fouling, and bubble-free processing effects. It can be milled quickly and accurately using a dental-specific engraving and milling machine, or it can be easily engraved by hand, which is very friendly to dental technicians.
Anti-deformation: After special process treatment, the internal stress is completely eliminated, the deformation or aging deformation during processing is greatly reduced, and the accuracy of the repair model is ensured.
