CAD CAM wax block Dental Wax disc
- Product Introduction
Products Description

CAD/CAM dental wax discs are for precise digital milling, offering stable machinability, dimensional accuracy, and clean burnout performance. They are widely used for pattern fabrication in dental laboratories.
High Machinability
The material maintains stable cutting behavior during milling, even under high-speed conditions.
With a hardness of 50–60 Shore D, it allows smooth machining without tool sticking, while maintaining sharp margins and clear anatomical details.
It supports fine structures down to 0.3 mm thickness, with minimal risk of chipping or edge defects.
Clean Burnout Performance
Formulated with low ash content (≤ 0.032%), the wax burns out cleanly without residue.
This ensures contamination-free investment molds and improves the accuracy of both metal and ceramic casting results.
Dimensional Stability
With a softening point of 105°C and a melting point of 140°C, the material remains stable during milling and handling.
It resists deformation, cracking, or warping under normal laboratory conditions.
The controlled shrinkage rate (~7%) allows predictable compensation during casting, helping maintain final dimensional accuracy.
Wide CAD/CAM Compatibility
Available in standard disc formats:
Diameter: Ø98 mm / Ø95 mm / AG71 mm
Thickness: 10–25 mm
Compatible with most open CAD/CAM systems, including Roland, VHF, Amann Girrbach, Wieland, and similar platforms.
Color Options
Available in multiple colors such as Blue, Green, Gray, and White, allowing easy identification of different cases or workflow stages in the laboratory.
