With a Shore D hardness of 50-60, a softening point of 105°C and a drop melting point of 140°C, this wax disc has excellent toughness and cutting performance. Its density is 0.89-0.95 and its ash content is very low, only 0.032%, which enables precision and stability during use. Compared with the traditional metal-ceramic dental process of manual waxing, which requires a lot of labor (resulting in high cost, low efficiency and prone to human error), this wax disc is easy to apply, adheres tightly to the mold stone, has excellent machinability, and can achieve smooth and accurate contours. It has a high melting point to prevent deformation when layered with other waxes.
