The Multilayer PMMA Blank is designed for use with various CAD/CAM milling systems, including brands like Wieland, VHF, Roland, Imes-Icore, and open systems such as Zirkonzahn and Amann Girrbach. Available in diameters of 98mm, 95mm, and AG71mm, and in Vita16 colors, this material is ideal for applications such as denture prosthetics and the creation of temporary crowns in clinical restorative dentistry. It can also serve as a carving disc, replacing dental wax.

This PMMA blank offers excellent processability, with no adhesion to milling tools and convenient manual milling capabilities. It is capable of producing crowns as thin as 0.3mm. The material is processed using special techniques to eliminate internal stress, significantly reducing deformation during machining. With a high melting point (240-270°C), it does not melt during high-temperature milling, ensuring stable performance. Additionally, it has excellent anti-static properties, making it easy to process and clean. The material has a density of 1.19 g/cm³, low ash content of 0.032%, and a shrinkage rate of just 0.5%.
